2010 Annual Meeting
We hope that everyone will attend the 2010 annual meeting of the Fairways of Sherrill Park Homeowner's Association. We are asking the Board to provide the following at the 2010 annual meeting:
A complete and accurate financial statement for 2008 and 2009.
A proposed budget for 2010.
A truthful report on the status of the lawsuit, including the possible outcomes and what each would mean to us.
A fair and open discussion about issues concerning the homeowners, including the state of the HOA's finances and lawsuit.
A fair and open election in which any qualified candidate has an equal opportunity to run for a spot on the Board of Directors.
