December's HOA meeting revealed that this year's HOA dues will be due on January first, and considered past due on the same day, January first.
Our newest Board Member, Carey Hardy, answered questions about a letter sent to all of the homeowner's purporting to come from Mr. Hardy as the treasurer of the HOA. The letter included a request for payment of dues, and a summary of the 2009 budget and proposed 2010 budget.
Mr. Hardy explained that he did not send the letter, and that the attached budget was not the one that he prepared and submitted to the Board.
